Production UX Case Study

Unaccompanied Minor Experience

It is important to think about how all users will interact with a product and what platform users choose to interact on. In my experience, I have created in mass production development ready screens for multiple user journeys on Android, tablet, desktop, mobile web, and ios app. Please take a look at the multiple screens for the Canadian Traveler Number project and for the Unaccompanied Minor Experience I lead while as an UX Designer at United Airlines.

Responsive Website Case Study

United Airlines

Basic Economy Page Renovation

This major airline wanted a way to increase customer satisfaction by educating customers about Basic Economy restrictions by creating an updated version of the Basic Economy page which can be seen on various platforms such as mobile, tablet, and desktop.

For this international airline, I worked on various projects to include Canadian Traveler Number, Basic Economy Page Redesign, Session time out modal updates, Shop Abandon Modal, Nearby Airport, Pet In Cabin, Price Graph, etc.

Banking Mobile App Case Study

Unity Banking App

According to the Ipsos-Forbes Advisor U.S. Weekly Consumer Confidence Survey, roughly three in four Americans (76%) have used their primary bank’s mobile app within the last year for everyday banking tasks such as depositing checks or viewing statements and account balances. Which makes a banking app all that crucial to banks. I took this project on as a personal passion project as I am and many of my colleagues are current customer of Unity Bank and find the app to be outdated, full of user pain points, and lacked a few critical user features.

Users such as myself want a more immersed experience when interacting with the app, easier navigation of features such as depositing checks, sending money with Zelle, and more personalized features.

Possible business outcomes from redesigning the Unity Banking app includes increased user satisfaction, which in turn will promote customers to become more inclined to use the banking app creating further brand loyalty and an increase use of their banking products.

Note: This is a passion project.

E-commerce Company Dashboard for Internal Application

Dashboard for Internal Application

This company is an end-to-end e-commerce partner that businesses use to accelerate e-commerce reach, revenue, and reward over 15+ marketplaces to include Amazon, Target, Wayfair, Ebay, Macy’s, and many more.

For this project I worked closely with stakeholders and engineers to create a dashboard for internal users. The business thought it would be beneficial to view overview metrics on the current status of listing issues as well as the impact of the teams using the tools. With better metric/data visibility directly in the tool, the better teams will be able to prioritize and communicate out to the business the impact they are making.

Health Care App Case Study

Health Care Mobile App For Start Up

I do enjoy working with start ups as it allows for a lot of creativity in the UX design process. This start up provides a way for persons with disabilities to find home based care with ease. This client originally wanted two apps one for his health care clients and another for his nurses. The client wanted the app to have features that allowed both clients and employees to have the ability schedule care, leave reviews, and connect for services, etc.

The solution was to create one app that could service both clients and employees as this would assist with cost and upkeep of records.
