E-commerce Company Dashboard for Internal Application

    Timeline: June 2022 - July 2022

    Role: Lead UX Designer developing solution to internal user needs by developing a dashboard for internal business use for e-commerce company to maximize product on Amazon’s platform.

    Business Goal: As a user of Listing Insights, including both the Listing Health and Buy Box Suppression tools, it would be beneficial to view overview metrics on the current status of listing issues as well as the impact of the teams using the tools. With better metric/data visibility directly in the tool, the better teams will be able to prioritize and communicate out to the business the impact they are making.

    The purpose of this EPIC was to develop a dashboard for the Listing Insights tool. This includes a dashboard for:

    Amazon Listing Health tool and Amazon Buy Box Suppression tool

    I worked closely with stakeholders to develop various mocks and a list of requirements to meet their needs and business goals. Mocks included tab version, integrating the dashboard into the existing UI, etc.

    I also worked with front/back-end engineers to ensure that existing design system would support the proposed UI and that the data needed to pulled into the dashboard was a possibility.
